Develop an attitude of gratitude

Start a daily gratitude journal.

Get yourself a notebook and start writing a list of things you're thankful for each day. It can be things that happened to you or just things you're thankful for in general.

This will get you into the habit of looking for things to be thankful for. As you continue to write in your journal each day, you will develop a habit of looking for and seeing things to be grateful for all day long, not just when you're writing in your journal.
