Can't take vacation time away from the office, home, or life right now? Why not take a micro vacation?

Schedule 5-10 minutes just for you today. Set the alarm on your smart phone if you need to remind yourself.

This is your time — time to forget about work and other commitments. Don't cut your vacation short!

Picture yourself in your favourite place: a beach, a mountain top, Iceland … Close your eyes and focus on your breathing. Think only about the smells, sounds and feelings you would experience in that location.
