Let go of fear

When you take a look at your life, often you discover things that have been holding you back. When that happens you can perform this wonderful ritual for letting go of fear and other things that weigh you down:

Pick a quiet place.

Gather leaves from nearby and write your fears on the leaves one by one with a water soluble marker.

You can also write on rocks the things that are weighing you down or getting in your way.

Now let go of those fears by setting your leaves adrift or by casting your rocks into a nearby body of water.

Don't you feel lighter already?
